| 摘 要： | 对Weibull分布恒定应力加速寿命试验的分组数据,利用形状参数的线性无偏估计将分组数据转换为指数分布的加速寿命试验分组数据,建立相应的似然方程,求解得到加速模型参数最大似然估计,最后对某实例进行了分析。

| Abstract: | For the constant-stress accelerated life testing(CSALT) under Weibull distribution based on grouped data,the shape parameter estimation is get out by using the linear unbiased estimation;the data is transformed to grouped data of CSALT under exponential distribution by the shape parameter estimation;the estimation of accelerated model parameter is derived by solving the simple likelihood function.Finally,an example is analyzed. |
