涡轮叶片的粘塑性分析

摘    要:本文应用正交各向异性Walker统一粘塑性材料本构模型,通过用户子程序的方法把本构方程引入大型有限元分析软件MSC.MARC中,用该模型对某发动机涡轮叶片进行了热粘塑性分析。计算结果表明,应用Walker模型对各向异性构件进行热粘塑性分析是可行的。

Abstract:In this paper,the orthotropic unified viscoplastic constitutive model of Walker has been incorporated into the MSC.MARC through user-defined subroutine HYPELA.The thermal viscoplastic behavior of engine turbine blade has been analyzed by applying the model of Walker.The results show that it is reliable to analyze the thermal viscoplastic behavior of the orthotropic component by applying the Walker's model.
