摘    要:导管的取制工作已经成为制约飞机批产能力提升的重要瓶颈之一。飞机生产现场进行导管安装时需统筹安排、合理布局,一般遵循电缆让导管和支架、导管让支架的原则,因此导管支架位置的确定与否成为影响导管取制的重要因素之一。目前,导管支架安装手段落后,安装精度不高,支架位置变化频繁,导致导管实样更改的次数频繁,从而在整体上延误与影响飞机制造交付周期。激光投影技术采用数字化定位手段,对导管支架的理论位置进行三维投影,从而使导管安装支架得到有效地控制与固化,缩短飞机导管取制周期,提升安装质量与精度。

Abstract:The removal of the catheter has become one of the most important bottlenecks in the improvement of aircraft production capacity. The aircraft production site should be arranged in a coordinated way and reasonable layout. Generally follow the cable duct and bracket, principle of catheter to stent, so the duct stent position or not become one of the important factors influencing the catheter in system, at present due to backward duct stent installation, the installation precision is not high, stent position changes frequently, causing catheter samples change frequently, often as to delay and influence on the whole aircraft delivery cycle. Laser projection technique using digital positioning means, will make the theoretical position of catheter stents for 3D projection, so that the tube mounting bracket get effective control and curing, shorten the aircraft catheter system cycle, improve installation quality and precision.
