发动机滑油散热系统性能计算方法及其应用

摘    要:讨论了安装鼓风机引起滑油附加温升的原因并提出了合理的计算模型,完善了滑油散热系统性能计算方法。研究表明,在建立良好的物理模型的基础上,应用遗传算法对模型结构参数进行优化,可以显著提高系统模型的精度,减小系统性能计算误差。应用本文的计算模型分析了温控活门对滑油温度的影响,并建立了预测燃、滑油瞬态温度值的方法,为发动机的安全运行提供了指导。本文方法的优点是只需少量滑油系统试验数据即可获得满意的模型拟合结果,从而大大节约了试验费用,提高了试验效率,并能有效预测试验难以达到的恶劣条件下的滑油散热性能。

Abstract:Addresses the problem of additional oil temperature increase with a fan installed in the oil cooling system and presents a feasible model which complements the method for predicting the performance of the oil cooling system.On the basis of the system model developed,structure parameters were optimized with genetic algorithm to improve the accuracy.With this method,the impact of temperature control valve on oil temperature was analyzed and the system transient temperature prediction method was established.This method could be used to predict the harmful temperature exceedence during engine operation.Only a small quantity of experimental data is necessary for the model fitting.The simulation results agree well with the test data.This approach can reduce the experimental cost, save experimental time and can be used to predict the oil cooling ability under severe operating conditions that experimental work is difficult to conduct.
