摘    要:介绍一种非接触显微光学检测系统 ,它采用Michelson基本干涉结构 ,光学图象信号由面阵CCD接收 ,再经视频监视器显示。用于光纤连接器端面特性观测 ,既能进行光学观察 ,又能实现显微干涉检测 ,两种工作模式随意切换。系统以LED作为光源 ,因而具有结构紧凑、体积小等特点

Abstract:A system of non-contact optical microscopy system is described. It adopts basic Michelson structure, in which the image is collected by a CCD camera and displayed on a video monitor. Being applied to check the endface topography of fiber connector,it can be used for both optical inspection and interferometric measurement,with two operating modes being switched easily to each other. Because the system employs a LED as light source , it features compact and space saving.$$$$
