| Abstract: | In order to maintain the inherent safety of aircraft,the manufacturer should provide the ICA and other technical publications to operators as soon as aircraft delivered into operation.This article contains the results from the analysis of the human factors issues,which impacted on the ICA quality,were identified in the development process of technical publications.Finally,a series of recommendations are outlined to develop more meaningful metrics of manual quality. |
