| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the marine target movement characteristics,the limitation and loss in efficiency of the marine target awareness satellite because of single awareness means are expounded,and the concept of marine target space-based comprehensive awareness is introduced.According to different aware means behavior,in single satellite,multi-means are adopted for marine target comprehensive awareness.Complementary functions are used to resolve the contradiction between coverage and resolution.And between detection probability and positioning accuracy,multi-data fusion is used to improve functional density,and so one satellite becomes the eye and ear of marine situation awareness. |
