| 摘 要： | 精益生产是近年来出现的优秀的生产方式。它的低成本、高生产率、高质量以及对市场的灵活应变能力是传统的大量生产方式无法比拟的。对影响精益生产的主要因素进行了研究。旨在精益生产方式的最佳应用环境，为我国实施精益生产方式提供理论基础。

With the charactetistics of low cost, high productivity, high qaulity and good flexibility for market change, the lean production is better than mass production. In order ti crteat the fit environment and implement quickly in our country,the main influential factors about the lean production are analysed. |
