基于逆向工程的转子发动机关键件设计

摘    要:基于逆向工程的再设计是现代设计的一种有效而快速的方法,本文利用三坐标测量机和激光扫描仪对某型转子发动机关键部件进行扫描,通过Geomagic和CATIA软件处理点云数据,并建立了转子发动机关键部件的三维模型,通过与理论数据进行对比分析,表明此模型较好地模拟了真实部件,对缩短转子发动机的研发周期,降低产品成本具有重大意义。

Abstract:Reverse engineering based redesigning is an effective and efficient method in modem design.The critical components of the rotary engine are scanned by 3D coordinate measuring machine to get the cloud of points,which is used to estabilish the 3D model employing Geomagic and CATIA.Trough the comparison and analysis between the actual and theoretic data,it is demonstrated that this technology creates accurate 3D models and design drawings of components and provides an useful tool resulting in shortened development period and reduced development cost for rotary engines.
