膏体推进剂流动特性实验研究

摘    要:建立了一套膏体推进剂挤压流动实验装置,改变挤压压强和出口压强,分别对圆管、多孔喷头进行了平均流量测试.结果表明,在特定使用条件下膏体推进剂圆管内流动呈现牛顿流体的特征,且其挤压流动特性受温度影响较大;另外,膏体推进剂在多孔喷头内的流动,试验数据与引入当量半径后的圆管计算值接近,当量半径法使变截面挤压系统的膏体推进剂流量计算大大简化.

Abstract:The experimental device used to study flow property of the pasty propellant by extrusion was developed.By changing the extrusion pressure and exit pressure,the average rate of pasty propellant flow along the circular tube and the porous spray head was measured.From the experiment result,we can conclude that the flow of pasty propellant follows the property of Newton's fluid under specified condition,and the flow property of pasty propellant by extrusion is influenced largely by the temperature.In addition,t...
