| Abstract: | This paper analyzes key elements in construction and development of space launch complexes.Following an introduction of launch complex management of space launch complexes abroad,the paper discusses development of launch technology,upgrade and modernization of launch complexes and forecasts on development of launch complexes.The paper also explores trends and features of development of space launch complexes in aspects of military requirements,international cooperation,commercial launch service and modernization. |
