摘    要:根据温度场分段插值方法对某型航空发动机导向器结构进行了温度场求解,并利用得到的温度场对导向器模型及1/72扇区模型展开了热-结构耦合分析,通过结构模态分析和应力计算,得到了该型涡轮导向器的振动特性和工作状态下的热应力分布情况,对计算结果进行进一步分析,验证了计算结果的合理性。

Abstract:Thermal field of turbine stator of a type of aeroengine was solved according to piecewise linear interpolating method and the result is used to acquire thermal-structural coupling feature of the turbine stator model and the 1 / 72 sector model.Vibration characteristics of this turbine stator and the thermal stress under working condition were obtained by structure modal analysis and stress calculation.Further analysis verified the rationality of the calculation results.
