摘    要:通过试验研究了不同热处理制度对1Cr16CO5Ni2Mo1WVNbN钢的金相组织、室温拉伸、冲击性能的影响。得出结论:随淬火温度升高,回火温度降低,合金的室温冲击韧性降低,而室温拉伸强度略有升高;淬火介质对室温力学性能以及金相显微组织的影响不明显;淬火保温时间和回火保温时间对合金的室温冲击韧性和室温拉伸性能影响不大。因此合金的最佳热处理工艺参数为:1100oC×90min,油冷+680℃×3h,空冷。

Abstract:This paper makes an experimental study of the influence of different heat treating regimes on 1Crl6Co5Ni2MolWVNb steel's metallurgical structure, tensile property and impact property at room tem- perature. The paper draws a conclusion that when quenching temperature rises and tempering temperature is reduced, room temperature impact ductility of the alloy is reduced while room temperature tensile strength is increased; the influence of quenching medium on room temperature mechanical property and metallographic microstructure is not obvious; quenching soaking time and tempering soaking time has little effect on room temperature tensile property and room temperature impact property of alloy. So the best technology parame- ter for heat treating is : 1100℃ x 90min, oil - cooled + 680℃ x 3h, air-cooled.
