摘    要:针对贫油预混燃烧的研究,建立了燃气涡轮发动机燃烧室实验装置。研究在实际的制造过程中结构倒角对整体装置的影响。取燃烧稳定部分结构段进行计算分析,通过有限元软件ANSYS模拟计算了倒角对结构模型和声模型固有频率的影响;并结合SYSNOISE,计算了燃烧室结构段模型分别在理想情况和考虑倒角情况下的振动特性和声学特性;得出了结构振动响应和产生的瞬态声场特性与结构模型几何特性密切相关。

Abstract:A test rig representative of a gas turbine combustion chamber is built for the study of lean premixed combustion. This article is to study the influence of the chamfer on the overall device during the actual manufacturing process. The structure with stable burning was calculated and analyzed. The influence of the chamfer on the natural frequency of the structural model and the acoustic model was simulated and calculated by finite element software ANSYS. The vibration characteristics and acoustic characteristics were calculated respectively in the ideal situation and in the situation considering chamfer, using SYSNOISE. The results show that the structural vibration response and the generated transient sound field are closely related to the geometric characteristics of the structural model.
