地铁建设项目风险评估与管理

我国地铁项目正在迅速发展，地铁项目由于其建造金额大、科技含量高、工程复杂、涉及学科广，建造时期风险大，一旦发生事故将造成严重的经济损失及社会影响，因此对地铁建设过程进行风险管理非常必要。主要分析地铁在建项目风险，从环境及地铁本身两方面分析影响风险的因素，评估各个风险因素对地铁风险的影响程度，评估风险发生的可能性和严重性。对地铁风险进行风险管理及保险转移，并提出建议及注意事项，使地铁风险降低到可接受的水平。

Study on risk evaluation and management of metro contruction project

Metro project is developing rapidly in China, engineering and various subjects concerned. If accidents which bears high cost, high technology, complex happen during construction, the project may suffer serious losses and social effects. Therefore, it＇s necessary for us to carry out risk management of metro cont- ruction project. This paper mainly analyzes risk factors for the metro contruction project in terms of both the environment and the metro itself. The paper, then, evaluates the effects of various risk factors on the sub- way risks and assesses their possibility and severity. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions and recom- mendations of risk management and insurance transfer to reduce metro risks to an acceptable level.
