| 摘 要： | 车牌识别是智能交通中关键技术之一,车牌分割是车牌识别的基础。本文提出一种利用波检测和颜色空间相结合的车牌分割方法,克服了传统边缘检测阈值难以选择的缺点,并且不受光照变化和车牌掉色及磨损的影响,提供了车牌分割准确率

| Abstract: | License plate recognition is one of the critical techniques in Intelligence Traffic System,and its performance is affected by license plate segmentation algorithm.This paper proposes a new license plate segmentation method based on waveform detection and color space.It overcomes the draws caused by threshold choice in traditional edge detection framework,and is robust to lightness and corrupted license plate,and therefore improves the license plate segmentation accuracy. |
