摘    要:直八主桨叶是在法国“超黄蜂”主桨叶的基础上研制的,1994年设计定型。由于当时制造工艺方面的原因,从1993年至2008年期间制造的主桨叶在使用400小时左右,不少后段件存在不同程度的局部开胶现象。文章主要针对后段件胶接失效的原因分析及改进的工艺方法进行论述。

Reason Analysis about the Failure of Z8 Main Rotor Blades Trailing Structure Debonding

Abstract:Z8 helicopter's main rotor blades (MRB) were researched and developed based on the SUPER PUMA helicopter' s MRB, and the design of Z8 helicopter' s MRB finalized in 1994. Due to the manufacture technics,, the failure of debonding from the main beam often occurred for the MRB which manufactured from 1993 to 2008 after used about 400 hours. This article mainly concerned about the reason analysis and improvement technic for the trailing blade structure debonding failure.
