| 摘 要： | 随着我国人口老龄化加速,养老金发放面临着巨大的压力.应积极创造条件,实行养老金全国统筹.同时,国家应出台相关政策,鼓励养老统筹基金的合理投向,促进其保值、增值,引导现职人员积极参加商业保险,以解决养老金不足问题.

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of Chinese aging of population,the grant old age pension will face great pressure.Some conditions should be created actively to put the old age pension into overall planning.Meanwhile,government must formulate some relative policies to encourage people to make reasonable use of the old age funds and lead them to buy the commerce insurance so as to solve the problem of the lack of old age pension. |
