| 摘 要： | 考虑到导弹值班环境同岸上贮存环境存在诸多明显差异，对于导弹值班数据的寿命分布规律应当进行单独研究。运用残存比率法对某型导弹的值班数据进行了可靠性数据处理和分析，分别用指数分布和三参数威布尔分布进行拟合，并证明了三参数威布尔分布能更好地描述导弹值班可靠性。

| Abstract: | Considering the obvious differences between on-duty state and storage in warehouse, the reliability of missiles on duty Should be specially discussed. The data collected from some on-duty missile was processed based on survival ratio method. And exponential distribution model and Weibull distribution model of three parameters were used for fitting and it＇ s verified that Weibull distribution model of three parameters worked better. words： |
