Abstract:Optoelectronic pulse techniques is the last measurement method for calibrating the risetime of a high speed sampling oscilloscope. Gives the principle of calibrating the risetime of a sampling oscilloscope with optoelectronic techniques,and describes the key techniques,including the generation of the ultra-fast laser pulse, the generation of the ultra-fast electrical pulse and the calibration of the ultra- fast electrical pulse.
