推力矢量发动机燃气舵气动特性设计

摘    要:结合工程实际,论述和分析了推力矢量发动机燃气舵气动特性的设计过程。以工程算法快速地确定燃气舵的气动外形,借助针对燃气流动的数值分析方法,给出了绕燃气舵流场的流动特性。通过分析舵片上的压力分布,获得控制系统所需的各力和力矩值,以舵面的升力和法向力随舵偏角的变化规律,以及舵间的相互干扰等作为分析依据,对燃气舵气动特性设计进行详细计算。数值计算结果与试验结果的误差能够满足工程设计的需要。该方法为今后燃气舵气动特性的进一步研究可提供必要的手段。

Abstract:The aerodynamics design process of jet vane of the thrust-vector motor is discussed by combining the practical engineering.The aerodynamic shape of the jet vane is rapidly determined by the engineering algorithm.The performances of the flow around jet vane are obtained by using the numerical analysis method of the airflow.The analysis of the helm pressure give out all the forces and moments for the control system.According to the curses of the lift force and the normal force on the helm surface versus the vane rotation angle and the interaction between helms,the aerodynamics design process of the jet vane is calculated.The error between the numerical simulation and experimental results satisfies the needs of engineering practice.The method is necessary for the future research on the aerodynamics design process of the jet vane.
