固体火箭发动机装药不确定性优化设计

摘    要:介绍了不确定性优化设计思想和方法,考虑装药优化设计过程中推进剂性能参数不确定性,开展了固体火箭发动机装药不确定性优化设计研究。采用Powell方法和并行遗传算法组成的混合优化方法,提高了优化问题求解的效率和质量;采用Taylor级数一阶展开近似计算性能参数的均值和均方差,通过可靠性指数计算满足约束条件成功的概率。与确定性优化设计结果相比,不确定性优化设计结果更可靠、更稳健,为固体火箭发动机总体方案设计提供了更好的方法和手段。

Abstract:The idea and methods of uncertainty optimization design were introduced.In consideration of uncertainty of propellant performance parameter during optimization design process,the investigation on uncertainty optimization design of SRM grain was carried out.The efficiency and quality of the optimization solution were improved by using the hybrid optimization method which consists of Powell optimization method and parallel genetic algorithms.The mean value and mean square deviation of the performance parameter were approximately calculated by first-order Taylor series expansion,and the probability which meet constraint conditions can be obtained by reliability index calculation.Compared with deterministic optimization design results,uncertainty optimization design results are more reliable and more robust.The uncertainty optimization design method can provide better means for system concept design of SMR.
