红外焦平面成像探测辐射特性测量标定方法研究

摘    要:介绍了适用于红外焦平面成像探测辐射特性测量的3种典型标定方案,推导了3种方案对应的单像元辐射通量公式,并在此基础上分析了3种方案对黑体温度的需求。对3种方案的优缺点进行了综合比较,对特殊应用场合的标定方案提出了建议。

Abstract:Three typical calibration methods for FPA infrared radiation measuring system are introduced, and the formulae for incidence radiant flux to single pixel of the three methods are deduced. The temperature of black body necessary for the calibration is analyzed. A comparison of the three typical calibration methods is given and suggestions on calibration method selection in special situations are presented.
