双附壁扁平射流燃烧室流场的测量

摘    要:一种新型的双附壁扁平射流炬形模型,应用到煤粉燃烧室中,具有很高的工业价值。作者使用二维激光多普勒测速仪,对这种模型的冷态流场,进行了测量,得到二维的平均速度、湍流度、相关系数和雷诺应力等一系列数据结果,验证了这种燃烧室具有明显的双附壁效应和强烈的湍流脉动,是一种有利于燃烧和避免结焦沉底的高效型结构,具有推广价值。文中着重介绍了带有频移器的LDV系统的有关操作技术。

Abstract:A new style of the mould, the rectangular combustor withbinary wall-attachment flat inlet efflux, which is used to coal combustor, is of very high industrial value.The writers of this paper have madethe measurement of cooling flow in this style of combustor mould.The results obtained are two dimensional mean velocity, turbulence,correlation coefficient, Reynolds stress and so on. Thus improved thatthis type combustor has a clear double wall-attachment effect and strongturbulent intensity. That is advantageous to combustion and avoidableto coal carbonization. That is a high efficiency construction. Thispaper specially introduces some techniques about operating of LDV system with frequency shifter.
