航空发动机燃烧室安装座相贯线焊缝焊接模拟

摘    要:针对航空发动机的关键部件之一--燃烧室安装座建立了相贯线焊接的数值分析模型.基于SYSWELD软件的焊接分析功能,运用有限元分析方法研究了燃烧室安装座相贯线焊接时引起的焊接变形,模拟了安装座相贯线焊接时的温度场、应力场、相变以及变形情况.结合整个安装座的实际工作状况对模拟结果进行了分析,同时对相贯线焊接过程中产生的变形从数学上进行了分析和探讨,得到了安装座相贯线焊接模型的变形分布及位置,为实际焊接提供了理论依据,有助于安装座焊接工艺的改进.该分析方法对焊接领域诸多类似问题的处理也有借鉴意义.
