摘    要:1.引言 奥氏体晶粒和碳化物颗粒大小是影响轴承钢性能的两个主要因素。细小的奥氏体晶粒可以提高轴承钢的强韧性,特别是碳化物颗粒的细化可以成倍地提高轴承的接触疲劳寿命。轴承套圈通常的制造工艺使零件的晶粒度一般为9级,碳化物颗粒尺寸为0.5~0.7μm。此组织

Abstract:The effect of warm working on the duplex refining of the structure of bearing steel is. studied in this paper.We found that fine spheroidized carbide can be obtained directly through appropriate warm working in the temperature range of, pearlite transformation and that both the carbide particles and the austenite grains are all refined after quenching.
