摘    要:面临市场竞争所带来的经费、周期、人力等压力,如何提高航天器结构试验验证的效费比成为热点问题。文章指出提高试验验证效费比的前提是要充分理解试验的目的、类型、责任,把试验验证视为设计与产品质量保证的有效手段;进一步提出从提高设计质量、权衡过程控制与检验试验的成本、理解失效模式、设计针对性的验证、同步规划设计与验证6方面构建高效费比的试验验证策略。

Abstract:To improve the cost-effectiveness for spacecraft structure test verification has become an important issue under the text of intense market competition with cost, period and labor problems. Fully understanding the objective and the contents of the test is the basis to improve its cost-effectiveness. The test serves an effective means in the quality management of the design and the product development cycle. In view of this understanding, engineers should focus on improving the design quality, trading-off process control cost and the acceptance test cost, understanding the failure mode and the related test activity, as well as synchronizing the planning design and the verification based on a systems engineering view.
