| 摘 要： | 由于我国国际竞争力的迅速提升和国际资本大量流入等因素影响，人民币不断升值。这一方面有助于我国经济增长方式的转变、产业结构的调整、缓和和主要贸易对象国的关系、实现人民币成为国际通用性货币等，但同时，也对我国出口的进一步增长和就业安置产生了不利的影响。消除人民币升值对我国经济的影响应以市场手段进行宏观调控，适时适度地提高人民币汇率弹性；加快银行改革步伐，建立和健全金融市场。

| Abstract: | Owing to the effect of international competition advanced rapidly and a large capital inflow from abroad, RMB appreciates swiftly. On the one hand, appreciation of RMB boosts the change of economical increase mode, adjusts industrical structure, increases imports and introduces into capital from abroad;on the other, appreciation of RMB restrains exports and reduces employees. |
