基于PXI总线自动测试系统的设计

摘    要:目的结合国内外电子测试仪器的发展现状、技术特点和发展趋势,进行基于PXI总线自动测试系统的设计与应用;方法计算机技术与测试技术相结合;结果使采用误差修正的高精度测量、实时测量和自动测量成为可能,虚拟仪器技术越来越多地应用于测试、测量、控制领域的各个方面,成为测控领域的重要发展方向;结论该系统经测试,使用效果良好,能大幅度提高检测效率。

Abstract:Aim Design and apply automatic test system based on PXI bus in terms of development status,technical features and development trend of domestic and overseas electronic test instruments.Methods The combination of computer technology and test technology.Results Make high-precision measurement,real-time measurement,and automatic measurement of error modification possible.Virtual instrument technology finds wider and wider applications in test,measurement,and control,which has become a general trend in the field of measurement and control.Conclusion The system has passed the test,good use effect,and can greatly improve the efficiency of detection.
