电容c和匝比a对单相磁阻电动机性能的影响

摘    要:本文在计算单相新型电容磁阻电动机稳态、起动,异步运行和牵入性能的基础上,分析了辅绕组串接电容c和辅主绕组匝比α对单相磁阻电动机性能的影响,并分别讨论了根据最大功率η,在不同运行状态下电机获得圆形旋转磁场的条件以及传统和最优化设计理论选取匝比α和电容口的方法。根据对α和c的不同选取方案进行对比,确定了实验用样机的匝比和电容。本文还在大范围变动匝比和电容的情况下,对两台实验用样机进行了实验研究。理论计算与实验结果进行比较,获得较为满意的结果。

Abstract:On the basis of calculating the characteristics of steady state, pull in, starting, and asynchronous performance, this paper analyzes the variable characteristics while effective turns ratio a and capacitance c are changed and also discusses the method of how to select a and c according to the maximum operating efficiency, the different conditions for the electric machine to generate circular rotating magnetic field at different operating states, and the traditional as well as optimum disign theory. Comparing a series of selecting the value of a and c, the turns ratio and capacitance of an experimental single-phase reluctance motor have been determined. While a and c are changed in a wide range, the experiments of two new type single-phase reluctance motors have been made, and analytical results confirmed.
