编制飞-续-飞谱的倒雨流计数技术

摘    要: 介绍了编制飞-续-飞谱的一种技术,它是雨流计数的逆过程,包括修正雨流计数法和整循环随机插入法。除了有雨流法的优点外,它还能确保每个循环的峰谷或谷峰顺序信息。对于飞机疲劳问题3个主要环节:载荷的统计计数、编谱、损伤计算都用相同的雨流计数法,这些无疑会提高疲劳试验和寿命计算的精度,并使计数和编谱规范化。试验结果表明:这种方法编出的谱的疲劳寿命与基准谱最接近。

Abstract:A technique for constructing a fight by flight load spectrum is developed. It is an inverse process for rain flow counting. This technique includes modified rain flow counting and random inserting method of complete cycles. In addition to character of rain flow counting, it insures keeping sequence information of peak to valley or valley to peak of each cycle. This technique is applied to counting of load, constructing load spectrum and calculating damage. These are advantageous to improvement of precision of fatigue life and to standardize the counting and constructing spectrum.
