| 摘 要： | 舰载飞机与岸基飞机相比,对全机电线电缆的选用提出了新的要求。根据舰载飞机服役的环境和技术要求,重点在于海洋环境对航空电线电缆的特殊耐受性要求,以及飞机自身对减重所提出的最大化可能性,结合航空电线电缆的国内外发展现状,提出舰载飞机全机电线电缆的选用方案,即常温区选用辐照交联ETFE绝缘电线电缆、高温区选用光滑无缝绕包PI/PTFE复合绝缘电线电缆、供电系统优选PFA绝缘挤出型电线、总线系统和高频信号传输选用FC光纤总线及发泡PTFE绝缘同轴电缆。该方案的最大优点在于将航空电线电缆的电性能、减重要求及耐海洋环境的特殊要求做到最大限度的结合,同时,对国内航空电线电缆的研发、制造技术水平亦具有深远的影响意义。
