基于产品数据结构的CAPP、MES、AVIDM集成技术研究

摘    要:针对总装生产管理的特点和业务需要,文章对CAPP、MES、AVIDM之间的集成思路、集成目标、集成方案和应用效果进行了介绍。此集成方案主要是基于统一的产品数据结构,实现CAPP与AVIDM之间的产品结构树、审批流程的集成,CAPP与MES之间的数据传递模式集成。通过对CAPP、MES、AVIDM的集成,有效地提升总装生产数据管理的质量和效率,促进了航天器总装生产的信息化能力提升。

Abstract:Based on the features of satellite AIT process and management, this paper reviews the integration of CAPP/MES/AVIDM software system, including integration direction, integration goal, integration program, applications of the integrated system. With a unified product structure tree among CAPP, MES and AVIDM, their integration is implemented. By using the approval process of AVIDM, CAPP transfers the process data to MES reliably. The efficiency and the quality of management are improved and the information construction during aerospace AIT is accelerated.
