| 摘 要： | 高校共青团组织作为高校学生工作的有机组成部分,在团结青年、教育青年、服务青年方面有着重要且不可替代的作用。切实做好高校共青团工作,需要增强工作理念创新,加强团组织体系和职能建设,全面布局,突出重点,提升影响力,充分发挥好团组织对学校各项工作的辅助作用。

| Abstract: | Communist Youth League,as an organic part of student work of colleges,plays irreplaceable role in unifying,educating,and serving young people.Doing a good job in Communist Youth League requires the innovation of working idea, the reinforcement of constructing league organization system and function,giving prominence to key points,and enhancing the impact,so as to bring into full play the assistant role of Communist Youth League in all college works. |
