摘    要:提出了一种变后掠翼机构的设计方法,能根据机翼平面形状参数,合理布置变掠机构、确定机构部分主要参数,并能得到机翼的运动规律。首先提出了变后掠翼机构方案,将运动机构抽象为数学模型;然后对各参数进行详尽的设计和计算,并对机翼的运动进行了数值分析,在此基础上建立了一种变后掠翼机构设计方法。运用方法对具体的算例,建立机构三维模型,进行运动模拟仿真,CATIA运动仿真结果与MATLAB数值计算结果一致,证明了方法的有效性和合理性。

Abstract:A method for a variable wing sweep mechanism design is presented. The variable wing sweep mechanism size and dispose can be designed reasonably on the basis of wing shape parameter, the wing's movement with the changes of time can be grasped too. First, the variable wing sweep mechanism model is established on the basis of design requirements. Then, an analytical model is got from the movement mechanism, the correct factors in the model are designed and calculated in detail ,the wing's movement is analysed by numerical simulation,and the method for a variable wing sweep mechanism is established on the basis of above mentioned analysis. Finally, the example completed with an aircraft configuration with variable sweep wing in this paper shows the validity and rationality of this method.
