限制励磁方法在无刷交流发电机数字电压调节器中的应用

摘    要:分析了限制励磁电流功能对无刷交流发电机加载过渡过程的影响,得到了设置励磁电流限制值的方法。采用了曲线拟合的方法对变速无刷交流发电机的励磁电流限制值进行了设置,而且拟合公式是与理论推导相一致的。按照本文的励磁电流限制值拟合方法可以保证无刷交流发电机在整个转速范围内都有良好的加载动态性能。

Abstract:The digital voltage regulators have great advantages over the transistor voltage regulators, which are adopted by the generators in most aircraft. As in the transistor voltage regulators, the highest field limitation current in the digital voltage regulators can protect the power devices in the field loops from the generators ' faults. Furthermore, the highest field current limitation can improve the loading transient response of brushless AC generators(BLACG) with suitable limitation values. The paper analyzes the influence of the highest field current limitation on the loading transient process of the BLACG. A method of setting the field current limitation values has been induced. The paper presents the curve imitation method to setting the field current limitation value in a varied speed BLACG. The imitation curve is accordant to the curve drawn by the theoretic equation. With the method of setting the field current limitation values presented in the paper, the good loading transient performance of the BLACG can be assured in its rotation speed range.
