摘    要:微动磨损主要是由物理量纲不同的材料弹塑性和摩擦化学反应所决定的复合磨损,尚无普遍认可的理论模型。文中用非平衡态热力学描述摩擦接触下的耗散过程,以熵平衡关系和非平衡过程的稳定性分析为基础建立微动摩擦体系的热力学模型。分析摩擦磨损中热传导、粘滞性流动、扩散和化学反应的熵产生变化,提出以材料粘滞性流动和摩擦化学反应为主的简化模型。根据对简化模型的分析,设计了面-面接触的验证实验,并预测磨损良迹会随微动幅

Abstract:Equation model for fretting wear is set up based on the irreversible thermodynamics. Entropy is introduced as key parameter to uniform the physical dimensions of plastic elastic deformation and tribo chemical reactions of materials. A phenomenological model, based on the concept of the entropy balance and the stability of the irreversible thermodynamic processes, is established. The entropy production of the sub processes, namely, heat conduct, diffusion, viscous flow of materials and chemical reaction, for the fretting wear process is discussed. A simplified model, in which only viscous flow of materials and chemical reactions are considered, is put forward. The predictions for designed flat to flat test results are submitted and they show that the patterns of worn scares change with increase of the ratios of the slip amplitudes to the contact widths and the products at the center and the boundary of contact express difference. The verification experiments carried out on SRV Wear Test Machine and the results correspond to the predictions well.
