| Abstract: | This paper gives a quite detailed accout of the current status and developing trend of international cooperation in the fields of telecommunications, meterorology and remote sensing, as the most matured and widely used space technologies.It stressed that the developing countries with their existing scientific and technological basis, by training a group of space technicians and managerial personnel through international cooperation, and supported by proper ground facilities, can have a share of the benefits of space technology. |
