The specific functions include short circuit protection func- tion, timing protection function, calendar display function, reverse protection and alarm function, self checking function, no -load prompt function, the charging time＇s independent setting function, full - load reminding function, the function of temperature protection, function to remind low capacity, and common fault help function. It integrates charging, discharging and activation as a whole, but also sup- ports for the maintenance and upkeep of the three types of cadmium nickel batteries in the existing ten kinds of photoelectric equipment.
