湖南大学生诚信就业现状与教育对策

大学生就业诚信问题已经成为当前社会发展中日益突出的社会热点问题。之所以出现失信这样的问题,除自身因素外,受到多方面社会因素的影响。随着经济社会的快速发展,社会改革进入深水区,如何探究大学生就业诚信的外在与内在因素,整合家庭、学校及社会的力量,加强对大学生诚信就业的指导与教育,已成为坚持社会主义核心价值观所亟待解决的重要课题。

On the Honesty Employment Situation and Educational Countermeasures of Hunan University Students

The honesty problems of graduates employment has become increasingly a prominent so- cial hot issue in current social development. Such problems as bad credit are influenced by many social factors in addition to their own factors. With the rapid development of economic society and the social reform＇having entered into the deep water area, it becomes an urgent and important topic how to explore the external and internal factors of university students＂ employment integrity, to integrate the power of family, school and society, and to strengthen college students＂ integrity employment guidance and edu- cation, for adhering to the socialist core values.
