| 摘 要： | 介绍一种有用的卫星工程管理工具,即工作分解结构和工作包。详细阐述了简要、合同和工程项目工作分解结构的用途和建立方法。对工作包、产品树、产品矩阵、工作说明和技术规范也有详细的描述,并通过实例说明了编制方法。文章最后简要说明了如何在卫星工程管理中使用这一工具。

| Abstract: | A useful tool for satellite engineering management,i.e.the workbreakdown structure(WBS)and work package,is presented in this paper.It describes in detail the usage and establishment methodology for sunmma-ry WBS,contract WBS and engineering project WBS.In addition it alsoexplains the work package,the product tree,the product matrix,the state-ment of work and technical specification through some practical examples.At the end of this paper,the application of this tool in the satellite engine-ering management is briefly discussed. |
