航空发动机压气机径向间隙设计方法研究

摘    要:简述了航空发动机压气机径向间隙控制的意义、作用,以及径向间隙设计选择的依据。对发动机压气机径向间隙的计算方法进行了研究,提出了更加完善的径向间隙设计方法。采用该方法对某发动机压气机径向间隙进行了设计,具体分析了影响径向间隙的因素及其变化规律。试验验证表明,使用该方法能获得安全可靠的压气机径向间隙。

Abstract:The significance of controlling compressor radial clearance and the basis of selecting the clearance are presented.By investigating computational method of compressor radial clearance,a design method of radial clearance was developed.The compressor radial clearance of an aero-engine was designed using the method.The factors influencing tip clearance and the regular patterns of clearance variation were analyzed in detail.Experiment results showed that safe and stable compressor radial clearance could be achi...
