钛合金的SRCI超塑性及其计算机优化

摘    要:本文简略介绍了钛合金的应变速率循环诱发超塑性,并着重讨论了它的计算机优化的原理和实验方法。实验结果表明,未经细化处理的钛合金在应变速率循环的变形方式下具有比常规超塑性实验更显著的超塑性,而通过计算机优化可进一步挖掘材料的潜力,获得更为优良的超塑性。这一新的研究方法为探求超塑性的最佳变形模式开辟一条崭新的途径。

Abstract:In this paper the strain rate cycling induced superplasticity (SRCIS) in Titanium alloys is conciselypresented,the emphasis was placed on the principles and experiment method of its computer optimization . The experiment results shown that,by means of SRCIS's deformation method,the Titanium alloys, which have not undergone grain refinement treatments, are also capable of producing marked superplastic behaviour in comparison with those general superplasitc test method. and SRCIS's computer optimization can exploit the materials potentialities and generate better superplasticity, This new method may be beneficial to the investigation of the optimal superplastic deformation pattern.
