基于串口通讯的离心机动态半径采集系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了精密离心机动态半径实时数据采集与处理系统的设计。该系统通过串口接收下位机采集的实时数据,经过处理在PC机界面以实时曲线的方式显示。此动态半径采集系统在VC环境下设计实现,可实现离心机动态半径的在线检测,具有良好的直观性和实用性。

Abstract:The design of a real-time data acquisition and processing system that is used for dynamic radius of precision centrifuge is introduced.The data from inferior machine is received by the system through serial port.The processed data is displayed on PC by real-time curve.Data acquisition and processing system is implemented in VC environment.Online measurement of dynamic radius can been realized,and have perfect intuitive and practical ability.
