湍流模型对叶片表面换热计算的影响

摘    要:为了比较湍流模型对涡轮叶片外换热计算结果的影响,采用五种湍流模型及两种壁面函数计算了NASA-MarkII导向叶片表面换热并与实验数据进行了对比,结果表明:在相同边界条件下不同湍流模型的计算结果有很明显的差别,即使是同一种湍流模型,如果采用不同的壁面处理函数其计算结果也是有很大差别的;某些湍流模型的计算值只是在某个区域较为理想,还不能找到在整个叶片表面计算结果与实验数据较为接近的湍流模型.在尚无普适性较好的湍流模型的情况下,研究在不同计算域采用不同湍流模型和壁面处理函数的计算技术,是一种较好的可行的方案.

Abstract:In order to study comparatively the influences of turbulence models on heat transfer of the vane surface,five turbulence models and two wall functions were employed to calculate the surface heat transfer coefficients of NASA-MarkII guide vane and then compare with the calculated results.The results show that: the calculated results of different turbulence models differ a lot under the same boundary conditions.If different near-wall treatment functions are used,the calculated results may differ greatly even for the same turbulence model.Some turbulence model's calculated results are only satisfactory in some area of the vane surface.However,no turbulence models are found to make the calculated results very close to the experimental data.In the absence of turbulence models with good universality,the calculation technique with different turbulence models and near-wall treatment functions for different domain is a feasible solution in simulating the heat transfer of vane surface.
