摘    要:处于空间电环境条件下的航天器表面会出现电荷积累,形成高的电势值。已提出不少模型和计算方法以求评估航天器的电势绝对值。对此本文作了较详细的介绍和讨论。

Abstract:The charge accumulation phenomenon on the surfaces of a spacecraft at a high altitude or geosynchronous orbit would appear. It would result in high potential on the surfaces. Many models to evaluate the absolute potential on the surfaces have been presented, and discussed in detail in the article.
