Abstract:The reliability analysis for stiffness of large and complex structure systemsis present. and relative significance is introduced as a criterion to enumerate significantrandom variables. Simplications of limit state functions and selections of interpolationpoints are studied through numerical examples. Thus, a unit stiffness reliability analysismethod is established for general and special engineenng problems, and this method canbe extended to strength reliability analysis.
