私营企业的制度适用边界分析

私营企业是否应该尽快“走出家族制”,实行“公司化”改造,建立现代企业制度,是由企业既定的制度安排决定的。而企业制度本身并无优劣之分,只有适应与否之别。为此,对决定私营企业制度适用边界的主要变量进行分析具有十分重要的意义。文章认为,私营企业家族制度是一种外延广、适应性强的企业制度,所以,应避免把家族制度看成单一的、静态的、落后的企业制度。对我国大多数私营企业而言,私营企业家族制度仍处在其发展的有效范围之内,不应盲目地进行制度转换。

Analysis on the Suitable Boundary of the Private Enterprise's System

Whether the private enterprise should "go out of the family system",implement the transformation of "the company" and establish modern enterprise system as soon as possible is decided by the system arrangement of the enterprise.But the enterprise system itself does not have the division of the fit or unfit quality,which only has the division of adaptation or not.Therefore,analyzing the main variable which can decide the suitable boundary of the private enterprise's system is of extremely vital significance.Through the analysis,we can see that speaking of the majority of the private enterprises in our country,the private enterprise family system is still developing in its effective scope,so one should not carry out the system transformation blindly.
