摘    要:利用钛铁粉、纯钛粉、铬铁粉或纯铬粉、硼铁粉、镍粉、硅粉和胶体石墨粉,真空条件下通过反应钎涂在低碳钢基体表面制备与基体为冶金结合的碳化物/铁基合金复合涂层.研究Ti的添加方式对涂层组织的影响.试验结果表明,涂层组织结构由粘结相Fe基体相和增强相碳化钛、碳化铬构成.Ti的添加方式对涂层组织结构影响很大.不同的Ti添加方式,导致涂层中碳化钛形态及涂层致密度差别较大.分析认为,Ti的添加方式对涂层组织结构的影响是由于涂层TiC合成时受到的动力学条件不完全相同造成的.

Abstract:Carbide/Fe based alloy composite coatings with a metallurgical bond to a mild steel substrate,were prepared by reactive braze, using ferrotitanium or titanium,ferrochromium,ferroboron,nickel,silicon,carbon powder as the raw materials in vacuum braze furnace.The influence of the method adding Ti on the microstructure of the coatings was studied.The results showed that the microstructures of the composite coatings were composed of the bounding phase of Fe based solution and the reinforcement phases of titanium carbide and chromium carbide.The method adding Ti had an important effect on the microstructures of the composite coatings.The different methods adding Ti resulted in a great difference in the morphology of titanium carbide,as well as the density of the composite coatings.It is believed that the method adding Ti had the influence on the microstructure of the coatings because the dynamics conditions were different when TiC of the coatings were synthesized.
