随机振动试验技术研究

摘    要:随机振动试验中有许多“失控”现象,用随机振动控制理论,对两个“失控”实例进行分析,把试验“失控”的原因归于:(1)共振激励太大,超了控制仪的动态范围;(2)台面、夹具、试验件三者连接不牢,造成试验中过大的冲击,并针对“失控”现象,提出了解决方法和途径。

Abstract:There are often some "unstable- phenomenon during random vibration test. Two typicalexamples are analyzed with random vibration control theory and find out that the reasons forthis "unstable" phenomenon are f @ the resonance of the system is so strong and beyond thedynamic range of control system.@ The shaken table, fixture, and testing item are not fixedtightly and leading to overdue shock. The approach for eliminating the 'unstable' phenomenon is put forward as well.
